Yes. Please mention your old chair when discussing your purchase and agree removal with Scott before delivery. This gives the team time to plan for the chair and your access.
Does free removal mean delivery is free?
No. Old chair removal is free when agreed, but a delivery charge may apply. Scott will confirm delivery costs and timing for your address.
What if I have a sofa or more than one chair?
Tell Scott exactly what you would like removed. He can confirm what can be arranged and any cost before you agree — the free old chair offer does not automatically cover other furniture.
