When you enquire about your next recliner, let Scott know you would like your old chair removed. Have your postcode and a description of the chair ready.
Talk through access
Mention any stairs, narrow doorways, tight turns or parking restrictions. A photograph can help Scott understand the chair and the route out.
Agree the details before delivery
Confirm which chair will be removed and the arrangements for your address. Ask Scott about anything you need to prepare before the team arrives.

Do I need to arrange removal in advance?
Yes. Please mention your old chair when discussing your purchase and agree removal with Scott before delivery. This gives the team time to plan for the chair and your access.
What if I have a sofa or more than one chair?
Tell Scott exactly what you would like removed. He can confirm what can be arranged and any cost before you agree — old chair removal does not automatically cover other furniture.
Can I ask about removal without buying a chair?
