Contact channels
If you call, email or visit Comfort & Recline, the business will receive the information you choose to provide so it can respond to your enquiry. The published contact details are 0121 693 9238, comfortandrecline@gmail.com, and 19 York Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7SA.
Website enquiries
When the form offers “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred callback time, chair reference and optional message are sent through this website to Resend, our email delivery provider, so the showroom can respond. Please avoid including sensitive health information. The website does not keep an enquiry database or use these details for marketing. Technical request information is used to limit automated abuse.
When the form offers “Prepare enquiry email”, it instead prepares an email in your browser. Your details leave the browser only if you open it in your email app and choose to send it. A sent status means our email provider accepted the request; it does not confirm that a member of staff has read it.
Visit requests and appointments
Visit-request email links open your email app. You choose whether to send your contact details, preferred time and, for a home visit, postcode to the business.
Where a booking link opens Cal.com, Cal.com handles the appointment details you submit so Comfort & Recline can arrange your visit. No booking calendar loads on this website. Read Cal.com’s privacy policy before submitting a booking.
Google Maps
Embedded Google maps load automatically on pages that include them. When a map loads or you open Google Maps, your browser connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Choosing-help preference
If you dismiss the choosing-help prompt, this website remembers that choice in your browser tab for the rest of your visit using session storage. It is not sent to us or used for advertising.
