Scott talks through sizing, actions and access at a sensible pace, and there is no pressure to decide on the day: our stock is photographed, so it can be reviewed at home afterwards.

Bring room measurements and, ideally, the person who will use the chair. An hour in the showroom usually settles a choice that weeks of browsing cannot.

Where we deliver

We deliver and install across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, including Solihull, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding towns.

Delivery is discussed around the confirmed chair and your address, with access checked before anything is promised.

Free home visits are available where travelling to the showroom is difficult; ask when you call.

After the sale

Being local means aftercare is local too: repairs, servicing questions and honest advice are a phone call away rather than a ticket queue. If a chair we supplied needs attention, you talk to the same people who sold it to you.
